Three Jobs, Done Right

The paperwork of a pouch program, automated.

A pouch fleet is an asset, loaners are a policy, and interventions are a record. MySafePouch runs all three so your front office doesn’t run them on sticky notes.

01 · Inventory

Every pouch, accounted for

Your numbered fleet lives in one registry — who has which pouch, what’s on the shelf, and what’s out for repair.

  • Assign pouches to students by number
  • Live counts: assigned, available, in repair
  • Repair tracking that matches our 3-year warranty flow
  • Year-end collection & re-issue, simplified
02 · Loaners

Loaners that actually come back

“I left it at home” meets a system: issue a loaner in seconds, on the record, with a return trail.

  • Loaner-ready count always visible
  • Issue & return logged per student, per day
  • Repeat forgetters surface automatically
  • Pairs with the Orange Admin Pouch loaner workflow
03 · Interventions

Documentation your MTSS team can use

Refusals, damage, repeat violations — logged in seconds with student, room, and reason attached.

  • One-tap intervention logging from any staff account
  • 8-week trend chart shows if the program is working
  • Watch list flags 3+ interventions in 30 days
  • Exportable history for parent meetings & MTSS
From Discipline Data to Early Support

The watch list turns pouch incidents into Tier 2 signals.

A student racking up pouch interventions isn’t just a rule-breaker — they’re often a student who needs support. MySafePouch surfaces 3+ interventions in 30 days automatically, so your counseling and MTSS teams see the pattern while there’s still time to act on it.

No more discovering at the semester’s end that one student had eleven undocumented incidents across six different teachers. The pattern shows up in week two, with the receipts attached.

K. Washington
Grade 8 · last incident: yesterday, Rm 302

Names surface automatically — nothing to compile, nothing to remember.

Then just $0.50 per student, per year.

Deploy Safe Pouch campus-wide and MySafePouch is free for your first three years — matching your pouch warranty. After that, $0.50 per student per year covers exactly what it costs to run: cloud servers, storage, and maintenance. Nothing else. Cancel anytime — no contract.

For a 600-student school, that’s $300 a year after three free years — less than the cost of two replacement pouches a month, for a fully documented pouch program.

Your Safe Pouch Program, Measured

MySafePouch turns your pouches into live data — inventory, interventions, and early-warning insights your MTSS/PBIS team can act on. Here’s everything schools ask us.

Live Pouch Inventory
MTSS/PBIS Intervention Log
Automatic Watch List
MySafePouch is the free companion web app for Safe Pouch schools. It gives your team one live dashboard for pouch inventory (total, assigned, available, in repair, loaners ready) and a built-in MTSS/PBIS intervention log — so your phone policy runs on data, not memory. It’s live now at mysafepouch.com and works on any device with a browser. Nothing to install.
Every time staff log an intervention — a phone violation, a damaged pouch, a repeat incident — it’s tied to the student’s record. Any student with 3+ interventions in 30 days is automatically surfaced on the Watch List, so your MTSS/PBIS team sees emerging patterns before they become office referrals. A damaged pouch isn’t just a repair ticket — it’s often the earliest visible signal a student needs support.
No. Pouch numbering is completely free-form — use whatever system your campus already has (“A-101,” “Rm12-04,” plain numbers, anything). Student lookup is just as flexible: staff type a name and pick from a “Last, First (ID)” list, with Student IDs shown throughout to avoid mix-ups between students with similar names.
The dashboard keeps a live count of Loaners Ready so front-office staff always know what’s available for students who forgot or damaged a pouch. Pouches marked In Repair stay visible until they’re back in circulation — which pairs perfectly with the Safe Pouch 3-year free repair warranty: send damaged pouches in, we repair and return them, and your inventory count stays honest the whole time.
Yes. MySafePouch is built school-first:
  • Per-school data isolation — every school’s records are walled off in a multi-tenant architecture; staff only ever see their own campus.
  • Roster-controlled access — only staff your school authorizes can log in, via secure email/password or Google Sign-In.
  • Encrypted end to end — HTTPS everywhere, hardened security headers, and hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States.
Almost none. The app is organized into plain-language tabs — Lookup, Pouches, Distribute, Students, Interventions, Loaners, Staff — and every common task (find a student, assign a pouch, log an incident) takes seconds. It was built by a full-time classroom teacher, so it respects the one resource schools never have enough of: staff time.
Spreadsheets track objects. MySafePouch tracks outcomes. Multiple staff can work at once without version conflicts, counts update live, and — most importantly — the Watch List does the pattern-spotting a spreadsheet never will. That’s the difference between a phone ban that reacts and one that’s Proactive, Consistent, Equitable, and Data-Driven.
MySafePouch is live at mysafepouch.com. Safe Pouch schools get set up with a school account and staff roster as part of implementation — reach out through winelements.com/contact and we’ll have your campus running the same week. Safe Pouch programs are commonly funded through Title I, Title IV-A, MTSS/PBIS budgets, safety grants, and community sponsorship.
