Team boards
One-way announcements for a team or club. You post; players and families read. Share the link, or print the QR code and tape it to the door. Add an access code if you want the board private to your team.
Nobody on the reading side creates an account, downloads an app, or gives us anything. A parent opens it once and their phone remembers the code.
Tournament brackets
Single elimination, double elimination, or round robin. Drag teams to seed them, share the bracket link, and update scores from your phone as matches finish. Everyone watching sees it move.
It works the same for a Friday esports scrimmage, a wrestling invitational, or a lunchtime chess ladder. Invite coaches from other schools by email and run the whole district in one bracket.
Coach-to-coach match chat
Every match in a bracket has its own private chat for the two coaches and the organizer. Where are you set up, who’s running late, is the projector working. No group text, no hunting for a phone number.
Students never see it or join it. Messages pass through a word filter and clear out automatically after the event rather than living forever.

Coaches agree to a posted-content rule: first names, initials, or gamertags; no contact, medical, grade, or discipline information; and an access code on any board that includes student names. Your school’s rules on student information apply on CoachRoom the same way they do in the hallway.

I’m a credentialed classroom teacher and I coach a school esports program. I built CoachRoom because I kept losing the same fifteen minutes every practice re-announcing things I’d already announced, and every tool I tried wanted my students and their parents to create accounts first.
