🗝️ ONE UNLOCKER. MAYBE TWO. THAT’S ALL IT TAKES TO CLOSE EVERY LOOPHOLE.

The Admin Magnet Unlocker is the ONLY device that releases the White Admin Lock — and most schools need just one or two, held in the front office. It’s not a fleet purchase. It’s the backstop that makes every workaround students invent pointless: damage your Blue pouch, “forget” your phone at home, show up with a decoy — every trick now ends at the same desk.

🛑 THE ESCALATION EVERY STUDENT KNOWS ABOUT — AND ALMOST NONE EVER SEES
Students test systems. They damage pouches “accidentally,” claim they don’t have a phone, secure a burner while the real one stays in a pocket. The Admin tier exists for exactly these students: get caught working around the routine, and your phone goes into an Orange Safe Pouch, released only through the office, with parents in the loop. Once the whole campus knows that path exists, almost nobody takes it. One unlocker in a drawer deters a thousand students in hallways.

🔧 DAMAGING THE POUCH DOESN’T BEAT THE SYSTEM
A student who damages their Blue pouch hasn’t escaped the policy — they’ve escalated themselves. The phone is confiscated, parents pick it up after school, and the student moves to the Orange enforcement tier. The pouch is repaired free under the 3-year warranty, and the damage itself becomes an early MTSS data point. Every “hack” produces documentation instead of freedom.

🔒 RELEASES THE WHITE ADMIN LOCK — AND NOTHING ELSE DOES
Safe Pouch’s patented mechanical lock (U.S. Patent No. 10,980,324) is released ONLY by a magnet of the correct strength AND pattern. Fridge magnets, hardware-store magnets, even the Teacher Magnet Unlocker — none of them release the Admin tier. Teachers physically can’t open it, so teachers can’t be pressured, pleaded with, or worn down.

🎯 THE TOP OF THE TIER SYSTEM
Black Home Lock — parent-released. Grey School Lock — teacher-released, runs the daily Blue pouch routine. White Admin Lock — administrator-only. Escalation flows one direction: upward, to the office, to this unlocker.

🔢 ONE OR TWO. NUMBERED. ALWAYS ACCOUNTED FOR.
With so few in existence, custody is effortless: each Admin Magnet Unlocker is numbered and assigned to a specific administrator. You always know exactly how many there are and who holds them — a chain of custody no station-based or code-based system can match.

🛡️ EMERGENCIES NEVER WAIT FOR THE OFFICE
Every Safe Pouch has a dedicated cut point anyone can use — no Magnet Unlocker needed — and cut pouches are repaired free under warranty. The Admin Magnet Unlocker controls the consequence, never the emergency.

💪 NO BATTERIES. NO FIRMWARE. NO SUBSCRIPTIONS.
Mechanical and built for years of daily use. Nothing to charge, nothing to sync, nothing that fails when the network does.

❓ QUESTIONS SCHOOLS ASK BEFORE ORDERING
Really — just one or two? Yes. The Admin tier works by existing, not by volume. One at the front office and one with the principal covers most campuses. Its deterrent effect reaches every classroom without ever leaving the drawer.
What does it actually deter? Every workaround: damaged Blue pouches, “I left my phone at home,” decoy phones, borrowed magnets. When students know every trick ends at the office and the Orange tier, the tricks stop being worth it.
What if it’s lost? Numbered and assigned — you know immediately which one and who held it. Replacements ship fast, and with only one or two in circulation, loss is rare by design.
Can we pay by PO? Yes. Net-30. Schools and districts only need a purchase order to get started.
