All content on winelements.com, mysafepouch.com, safepouchpass.com, and sleedu.com — including text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, illustrations, videos, blog posts, lesson materials, downloadable resources, page designs, and software — is the property of Win Elements LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright law.

What you may do

• View, download, and print our content for your personal, non-commercial use or for internal evaluation by your school or district
• Share links to our pages
• Use our free classroom lesson materials in your own classroom, where the material states it is provided for classroom use

What you may not do without written permission

• Republish, reproduce, or distribute our content on another website, publication, or product
• Use our product photography or marketing materials to sell or promote any product other than genuine Safe Pouch® products
• Modify our content or create derivative works
• Use our content for any commercial purpose, including the training of artificial intelligence models

02Trademarks

Safe Pouch® is a registered trademark of Win Elements LLC (U.S. Patent and Trademark Office). Our other product and service names are unregistered trademarks of Win Elements LLC, claimed under common law and designated with the ™ symbol:

Proper use

Our trademarks may be used only to refer accurately to our genuine products and services — for example, in a school board agenda, a news article, or a review. When referring to our flagship product, please use “Safe Pouch®” with the registration symbol on first use.

Prohibited use

• Using our trademarks in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation that does not exist
• Using our trademarks, or confusingly similar marks, in connection with any competing product
• Registering domain names, social media handles, or business names incorporating our marks
• Using our marks in paid search advertising keywords in a manner that creates confusion as to source

Resellers

Authorized resale of genuine Safe Pouch® products purchased from Win Elements is permitted with accurate use of the product name. Resellers may not alter products, remove markings, or represent modified products as genuine.

03Patents

Win Elements actively protects its patent rights. Inquiries regarding licensing should be directed to hello@winelements.com.

05Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe content on our sites infringes your copyright, send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) to our designated agent:

6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf

We will respond to valid notices, which may include removing the identified material. We may forward notices to the party that posted the material. Misrepresentations in a DMCA notice may result in liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

06User Submissions

If you submit reviews, testimonials, photos, or suggestions to us or post them on our sites, you grant Win Elements a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our products and marketing, with attribution where practical. You represent that you own or have rights to anything you submit. We may remove user content at our discretion.
