What you can order
Everything below is made in school colors with your approved logo. Some of it we make in our own shop; some we make to order and ship straight to the person who bought it. You don’t need to know which is which; the quote tells you.
Team shirts and hoodies
Spirit-night tees, season hoodies, club shirts. One design, sizes youth to 5XL, delivered to the coach in one box.

Staff polos and embroidery
Embroidered polos, quarter-zips, and caps for a front office, a coaching staff, or a leadership team. Stitched in our shop, left chest or sleeve.

Laser-engraved tumblers, bottles, and keepsakes with a name, a title, and your logo. Staff appreciation, retirements, teacher of the year.

Plaques, acrylic awards, and perpetual boards for end-of-season banquets, board recognitions, and years-of-service. Engraved text proofed before cutting.

Merch, made to order
Single items shipped to one person. A parent buying one hoodie, a coach who wants the esports staff tee, a phone-free-campus shirt for a teacher. No minimum, no waiting on a group order.

School and district logos are used only with written authorization from an administrator. We don’t reproduce licensed characters, brands, or artwork you don’t own, and we’ll tell you before the quote if a design needs to change.
How ordering works
Three steps, and you approve a proof before anything is cut, stitched, or pressed.
Tell us what you need
Item, quantity, colors, and your logo file. Include the date you need it in hand and who’s approving the logo. We send a quote within two business days.
Approve the proof
You get a mockup in your colors with the logo placed and sized. Change anything. Nothing is made until you and the administrator authorizing the logo say yes.
We make it and deliver
Bulk orders arrive in one box to the coach or office with an invoice for your business manager. Made-to-order items ship to each buyer directly.
Two ways we make things, one place to order
Anything personalized or in a small run comes out of our own shop: embroidery, laser engraving, and heat-pressed apparel in school colors. That’s where names, titles, and one-of-a-kind pieces belong.
Single items a family or a coach wants on their own are made to order and shipped directly, so nobody has to wait for a group order or pay for a minimum they don’t need.
How schools usually pay for it
Spirit wear and team apparel typically come from ASB, booster club, or PTA funds. Staff shirts, tumblers, and awards usually come from site discretionary or staff-appreciation budgets. We accept purchase orders, invoice on delivery, and can quote to a specific budget if you tell us the number.
Timing that fits a school year
Bulk apparel takes two to three weeks. Fall programs should order by mid-July; winter and spring programs about a month before the first game. Awards and tumblers run one to two weeks, so a banquet date three weeks out is comfortable.
