1: Use Label for Announcements

Edit a Label to post your message.

Why? Have the latest and important message visible to all users when they login to your PLC course.

  1. Click Turn editing on
  2. Find the Label and click on Edit >> Edit settings
  3. Enter your latest message.

Copy and Paste your message to Announcement forum.

Why? This allows you to archive all message in a centralized location, so your teachers can view it later if needed.

Send a generic email to remind your to check

Why? We always one or more of those teachers need to be reminded multiple times and in different ways. With this method, you don’t have to worry about forwarding or retype the music repeatedly. We use a generic message to remind teachers and staff to check the message on your PLC’s course.
