Sichuan Ginger Scallion Sauce

  • 1 tbsp sichuan peppers
  • 2 oz minced ginger
  • 4 oz chopped green onion
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable / corn oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil


  • Add oil and heat up to 350 F
  • Add ginger and sichuan peppers and fry for 30 seconds
  • Add green onions and cook for 10 seconds and turn off heat.
  • Add sesame oil.
  • Add salt in small amount and test for taste.
