Ingredients:
For the Dough:
Flour: 250g
Dry yeast: 1/2 teaspoon
Baking powder: 2g
Whole milk: 80ml
Water: a moderate amount
For the Filling:
Cooked salted egg yolks: 4
Cornstarch: a moderate amount
Butter: 1 tablespoon
Granulated sugar: 3 tablespoons

Instructions:
For the Dough:
Mix the flour, dry yeast, and baking powder in a bowl.
Gradually add the whole milk and water to the dry ingredients while kneading.
Knead the mixture into a smooth dough.
Let the dough rest for about 20 minutes to rise slightly.
For the Filling:
Mash the cooked salted egg yolks.
Add cornstarch, butter, granulated sugar, and milk to the mashed egg yolks.
Mix everything until well combined to form the filling.
Place the filling in the refrigerator to chill until it firms up.
Once firm, shape the filling into small balls.
Assembling the Buns:
Take the rested dough and roll it into a long strip.
Divide the dough into small portions.
Flatten each portion into a round disc.
Place a ball of the filling in the center of each dough disc and wrap the dough around it, sealing the edges.
Place the buns in a steamer lined with steamer cloth and let them sit until they increase in size.
Steaming the Buns:
Steam the buns in a cold water steamer over high heat for about 10 minutes.
After turning off the heat, let the buns rest in the steamer for another 3 minutes before serving.
