  1. View and make a copy of the Google Presentation below and update it with course ID and enrollment for different departments.

2. Send an email of your updated Google presentation a week before your staff meeting to direct your staff to follow the direction on the Google presentation to sign up your course on (This will create a group of advanced teachers who will help other teachers during staff meeting. All staff only need to do it one time)

3. Print 2-4 of your updated Google Presentations and hands them during your staff meetings. Done.
