Simple Mechanical Lock
Mobile, Handheld Key

Multi-tiered Lock Levels.
Why?
Why? Our Decentralized Protocol empowers individual educators to manage device access directly. It simplifies implementation and streamlines daily routines. Most importantly, it proactively addresses parents' safety concerns, empowers teachers, and supports students' diverse needs.
MOBILE, HANDHELD DETACHERS
◦ Implementation Note: Keys are issued to teachers and carried on a lanyard or kept in a desk drawer. Teachers can unlock for students whenever or wherever they need to provide accommodations or during emergencies. Do not mount unlocking bases to walls or exits.
Get 10% off your entire order, plus 3X Warranty, when you equip every classroom: (1 Handheld Key per Teacher + 1 Pouch per Student). Why: It effectively eliminates exit bottlenecks and ensures your system relies on Staff Presence, not Fixed Locations.
How?
Deployment: The Decentralized Model Distribution: Assign a numbered Handheld Key to each teacher to manage. Issue a Safe Pouch to every student for daily use, establishing personal accountability.
Step 1: Point-of-Instruction (Locking) At the start of the first period, teachers circulate the room to verify that students have secured their devices at their desks. This ensures immediate compliance without hallway queues.
Step 2: Teacher-Led Access (Mobile Authority) The pouches remain with the students, but the unlocking authority travels with the teacher. Using the Mobile Handheld Key, staff can unlock pouches anywhere, at any time for authorized accommodations or emergency safety needs—eliminating the need for fixed unlocking stations.
Step 3: Decentralized Release (In-Seat Unlocking) Prior to dismissal, teachers (or designated monitors) walk to the students' desks with the handheld magnet. Unlocking occurs in-seat, ensuring an orderly exit and eliminating the safety hazard of bottlenecks at the doors.

Orange Pouch: Administrative Intervention Tier Designed for students requiring escalated supervision and behavioral support.
Protocol: Unlike standard Blue pouches unlocked by teachers, the Orange Pouch is secured under Administrative Custody. It can only be unlocked by an authorized Administrator (e.g., Dean, Vice Principal) at any location using a restricted Handheld Key.
Feedback from School Principals

Principal of Salida Middle School (~820 Students)
“At Salida Middle School, we are now in our second year implementing the Multi-Tiered Safe Pouch from Winelements, and the impact has been significant. Since adopting this system, we have seen a noticeable decrease in planned bathroom meet-ups and classroom disruptions, along with a clear increase in student engagement and face-to-face peer interactions. The Safe Pouch has also taken the burden off our teachers, who no longer have to enforce electronics expectations from period to period. This consistency has improved the overall learning environment and strengthened our schoolwide culture. I highly recommend Winelements' Multi-Tiered Safe Pouch to any school seeking to reduce distractions, enhance engagement, and foster a more focused and connected campus community. Thank you, Winelements!”
