Perfect Poached eggs

  • 1.5 Liters of water
  • 1 Tablespoon of salt (for flavoring)
  • Eggs (only cook up to 3 eggs each time)
  1. Covered and boil water with salt on high heat
  2. Before adding the egg, lower your heat to low heat
  3. Strain the egg with a fine mesh strainer to remove loose egg whites, which cause water to be cloudy and foamy
  4. Stir the water in the pot and quickly add the egg
  5. Gently stir the water to keep the egg moving in slow motion
  6. Cook for about 5 minutes
  7. Remove the eggs, drain, and serve immediately.
