- 20 mL of milk
- 1 egg
- 40 gram of cake flour
- Combine and whisk to mix all ingredients above well
- 1/3-inch thick pork tenderloin cut
- salt
- pepper
- Pound the tenderloin
- Season with salt and pepper on both side
- Coat pork with batter and then with bread crumbs
Frying
- Pour vegetable oil into a cast-iron skillet up to 1/3 filled, higher will be splash during frying
- Heat oil to 350 F
- Fry 5-8, depending on the thickness of the cut, until golden brown
- Remove and check internal temperature for 165 F
- Repeat and fry other batches.
